Abstract:

Resonance-demodulation technology has been studied to detect the micro shock pulses induced by the early fault of rolling bearings. The spectrum analysis, and the software and hardware resonance demodulation technology have been adopted separately to analyze the pitting fault on the outer ring of rolling bearing. The results have indicated that, the resonance demodulation technology can detect the fault features of early micro shock pulses, and the fault features detected by the hardware resonance demodulation technology are more accurate than the software resonance demodulation, and the hardware resonance demodulation technology is a effective method to detect the early cracking and pitting fault features of rolling bearings.
