Abstract:

In order to estimate the drive efficiency of the compound rolling teeth transmission, its kinematic principle and structure character are investigated, and then the teeth profile equation of inner gear and an effectual method for meshing force analysis are proposed. Meshing efficiency of the rolling teeth is analyzed, and companied with an analytic formula calculating, the total drive efficiency of the compound rolling teeth transmission is presented. The presented formula can estimate the drive efficiency of compound rolling teeth transmission effectively.
