It　is　difficult　to　guarantee　the　reliability　and　real-time　ability　of　data.　This　article　proposes　a　Black　Box　solution,　based　on　software　Re-engineering　that　is　becoming　the　main　tendency　of　software　engineering.　The　solution　is　realized　by　embedding　software　Re-engineering　into　development　supported　system.　Re-engineering　project　management　data　is　collected　by　recording　all　changes　of　program　inside　automatically.　The　article　introduces　an　instance　using　this　solution,　which　has　gotten　the　copyright　of　China,　and　been　verified　to　be　effective　in　some　projects　of　Re-engineering.
