Abstract:

With the continuous improvement of plant factory automation, virtual factory technology is gradually applied in the field of plant factory. In this work, we proposed two logistics solutions for the scheme demonstration stage of logistics planning in an automatic plant factory that will be built in Fudong Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, Handan City, Hebei Province. The Tecnomatix Plant Simulation software is used to verify and compare the logistics solutions. Finally, a mechanical design scheme is provided for logistics equipment based on the optimal solution of simulation and TRIZ theory. © 2019 IEEE.
