Abstract:

The inspection robot is an industrial-specific robot. It can realize a variety of sensor information fusion, multiple communication methods, multiple intelligent control methods coexist, and can be autonomous navigation and positioning. with broadly application foreground. In this paper, the structural design of the wheeled detection robot is proposed, and the wheel drive system of the wheel detection robot based on STM32F405 and DRV8302 is designed. A set of brushless DC motor servo system with speed, current and position three closed-loop structure was designed for testing. This paper mainly introduces the hardware design of the robot chassis drive system. And the experiment shows that the hardware design can well meet the actual operation needs of the inspection robot. © 2019 IEEE.
