Abstract:

We report 209 MHz harmonic mode-locking of a 2420 nm Cr:ZnSe laser synchronously pumped by a 1935 nm, 104.5 MHz, 112 ps thulium doped fiber laser. Self-starting behavior was investigated by a chopper wheel. © OSA 2018
