The　rebuilding　of　shantytowns　areas　is　an　important　project　for　people＇s　livelihood　and　national　development.　Government　in　Beijing　has　proactively　explored　financing　patterns　tailored　to　its　own　conditions　in　different　stages　to　push　forward　the　rebuilding　of　rundown　areas.　The　remarkable　success　has　positively　advanced　the　rebuilding　process　in　Beijing　and　provided　relevant　experience　for　other　areas.　The　paper　firstly　reviewed　the　rebuilding　process　of　rundown　areas　in　Beijing,　and　then　analyzed　the　change　of　its　financing　patterns.　Most　importantly,　it　analyzed　the　differences　and　similarities　of　financing　patterns　in　different　stages,　based　on　which　it　summarized　five　tendencies　of　financing　patterns　for　Beijing　to　promote　the　rebuilding　of　rundown　areas.　©　2017　ACM.
