With　the　development　of　digital　image　processing　technology　and　computer　technology,　the　capturing　and　processing　of　anterior　segment　image　by　computer　to　acquire　feature　information　is　possible.　This　paper　captures　the　anterior　eye　segment　by　slit　lamp,　and　then　uses　image　processing　technology　to　preprocess,　extract　the　edge　and　fit　the　edge　of　the　captured　image.　At　the　same　time　the　paper　establishes　the　information　management　system　based　on　SSH　framework,　which　can　register　patient　information,　manage　patient　files　and　images,　and　finally　realize　the　paperless　medical　procedure.　©　(2014)　Trans　Tech　Publications,　Switzerland.
