Abstract:

In order to explore the new way to precision machining of the cylindrical, ELID precision mirror grinding technology are adopted to precision and ultra-precision grinding experiments.Based on the ELID precision mirror grinding technology has effectively solved the flat-precision machining and efficient processing of a lot of the typical difficult materials,we refitted machine process equipment of machine tool and process parameters optimization,obtained when the wheel speed in 16 ∼ 20 m/s, the grinding depth 10μm, cylindrical grinding state is best, which could obtain Ra0.025μm surface roughness of the machined surface. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
