Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Model is based on general equilibrium theory, which is a useful tool to analyze such complicated influences. In this paper, we will analyze the impacts suffered by China due to TBT on electronic information products set up by European Union. Based on general equilibrium theory, we will construct special ETBTCGE model to simulate the influences suffered by China on this problem. © 2010 IEEE.
