In this paper, a process on how to make an organization scenario with the help of pedestrian simulation tools is given following a brief overview of the pedestrian model research. Then the legion 2006 studio was used to test the pedestrian traffic organization plans of a typical subway station involved during the Olympic Games. At last, some improvement measures were given based on the simulation results. © 2009 ASCE.
