Abstract：

In　this　work　we　investigated　the　correlation　between　the　emission　properties　of　Scandia　doped　dispenser　cathodes　and　their　surface　features.　A　proposal　for　explanation　of　the　observed　phenomena　has　been　suggested.　©　2008　IEEE.
