Abstract:

Pull-out tests of 3 group of 16 specimens were conducted to study the bond behavior between near-surface mounted (NSM) CFRP plate and ancient building wood (larix of northeastern China),the influence of bond length (200 mm\150 mm\100 mm)、slot width (6 mm\18 mm) and CFRP plate thickness (2.0 mm\3.0 mm\4.0 mm) is discussed. The test results show that the bond failure types of wood and CFRP plate are interface bond failure and destruction, including bond failure and destruction of CFRP plate and bond line and wood failure near the bond surface. The bond slippage destruction process between the bond line and CFRP plate is summarized into the ascending stage, descending stage and residual stage. By fitting the test curve and bond slippage curve of the improved BPE model, the two agree well, which reflects that the improved BPE model can describe the local bond slippage curve of bond line and CFRP plate well. © 2018 Indian Pulp and Paper Technical Association.
