Abstract:

Speech enhancement method based on the wavelet transform is a novel de-nosing method. Several speech enhancement methods, such as wavelet decomposition, wavelet transform maximum, wavelet coefficient correlation, and threshold de-noising methods, are introduced. And their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In addition, the potential trend of the speech enhancement based on wavelet transform is discussed as well.
