In　order　to　solve　the　problem　of　urban　community　security　in　China,　criminal　prevention　through　environment　design　(CPTED)　theory　and　method　were　applied　to　analyze　its　design　strategy　in　this　paper　to　improve　the　community　security　defense　capability,　and　to　establish　a　comprehensive　research　framework　of　community　boundary　space　environment.　The　security　design　strategy　of　community　boundary　space　in　the　space　layout,　space　form　and　space　environment　were　discussed,　to　lay　a　good　foundation　for　the　security　community　and　the　community　management.　©　2016,　Editorial　Department　of　Journal　of　Beijing　University　of　Technology.　All　right　reserved.
