The　tsunami　disaster　mitigation　systems　have　been　established　in　many　countries,　such　as　in　USA　and　Japan,　and　lots　of　works　have　been　done　in　the　tsunami　hazard　analysis.　In　China,　tsunami　hazard　analysis　is　still　an　undeveloped　research　field.　In　this　paper,　the　tsunami　hazard　analysis　of　China　is　discussed　and　the　basic　analysis　rules　are　also　given.　Based　on　the　seismic　hazard　analysis　method,　the　main　procedure　for　the　tsunami　hazard　analysis　of　China　is　summarized.　At　the　end,　the　historical　tsunami　data　are　collected　in　the　Pearl　River　Delta　of　China　and　the　tsunami　hazard　analysis　has　been　preliminarily　given.
