Abstract：

Surfactant　is　one　of　the　important　parts　of　the　soldering　flux,　and　it　plays　a　great　role　in　reducing　surface　tension　of　the　flux,　increasing　wetting　property　of　the　soldering　flux　on　lead-free　solder　and　base　metal　and　especially　in　improving　welding　reliability　of　the　lead-free　solder,　and　nonionic　surfactants　and　fluorocarbon　surfactants　is　mainly　used　in　the　flux.　Application　and　prospects　of　surfactant　in　soldering　flux　are　illustrated　from　three　aspects　involving　the　effect　of　the　surfactant,　the　requirement　of　the　soldering　flux　for　surfactant　and　common　surfactant　used　in　the　soldering　flux.
