Abstract:

A fast algorithm for frequency delay of arrival (FDOA) estimation based on fourth-order cumulant is studied. The traditional method has a large amount of calculation and the parameter is estimated slowly. This paper proposed a fast algorithm to improve the traditional methods by using sliced fourth-order cumulant and applying minimum norm solution to solve the matrix equation optimally. Experiment shows that fast algorithm can accurately estimate the FDOA, and some parameters such as sample points and SNR have an impact on the estimation accuracy. ©, 2015, Beijing University of Technology.
