Abstract:

In this paper, the nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis method and the nonlinear static pushover finite element analysis method of reinforced concrete shear walls with openings have been established, and the corresponding computer programs have been developed. By the comparison with experimental analysis results, the accuracy level of the nonlinear dynamic and the nonlinear static pushover finite element analysis method of reinforced concrete shear walls with openings have been inspected, and the reliability of the nonlinear static pushover finite element method to be used for anti-seismic nonlinear performance assessment of reinforced concrete shear walls with openings has been verified.
