Abstract:
一种铼钨基阴极材料及制备方法,属于难容金属热阴极材料技术领域。材料为BaO、CaO和Al2O3负载在多孔的铼钨基的孔隙中,铼钨基为铼包覆在钨颗粒形成。将高铼酸铵溶于水配成溶液,将钨粉加入铼酸铵溶液搅拌中,干燥,然后在氢气气氛下分两步分解还原,得到铼钨粉末,将铼钨粉末压制并在氢气范围下烧结,得到铼钨基体并浸渍到熔融的铝酸钡钙盐中。本发明制备工艺简单,避免了在制备过程中杂质元素的引入,可重复性强,制备出的阴极材料优异的发射性能,增强了传统钡钨阴极的抗离子轰击能力。
