印刷电路板换热器内翅片布置方式的场协同分析与讨论

Abstract :

为了研究超临界CO_2的传热性能并提高其换热性能,通过采用超临界CO_2作为传热流体,以翼型翅片为例,使用数值模拟的方法探究了印刷电路板换热器内的不连续翅片通道,分析了几种翅片布置方式的传热和阻力性能,得出了翅片的最佳布置方式。同时通过场协同理论,即通过分析温度场、压力场和速度场之间的协同性对模拟结果进行分析与讨论。结果表明,当交错距离为4 mm时,其传热性能与阻力性能均为最优,拥有最小的温度场与速度场协同角和最大的压力场与速度场协同角,表明这种布置方式可以使温度场与速度场的协同性和压力场与速度场的协同性均为最优,且它们之间的协同性均随着入口质量流量的增大而变差。

Theoretical and Experimental Research on Thermal Dynamic Characteristics of Single-Screw Compressor with a New Composite SLIDE Valve SCIE

Abstract :

Based on the single-screw compressor (SSC) structure, a new type of composite slide valve (CSV) has been proposed and designed, featuring internal volume ratios of 2.8, 3.9, and 5.6 and operating under a partial load of 35%. The theoretical model describing the dynamic features and thermodynamic performance of the SSC with CSV has also been built. The pressure ratio of the experimental system can be adjusted from 3.3 to 7.8, and the experimental results demonstrate the CSV's effective performance. The deviations between the calculated and measured results for volume ratio and input power are 3.33-9.08% and 0.32-8.03%, and the deviations for heating capacity and adiabatic efficiency range from 0.92-8.73% to 2.09-9.67%, respectively. The introduction of the CSV offers a novel approach to enhancing SSC efficiency. Both the theoretical and experimental findings lay a foundation for future optimization and design improvements in variable load and internal volumetric ratio single-screw compressors.

Structural Optimization of the Inlet Header of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Printed Circuit Board Heat Exchanger SCIE

Abstract :

Supercritical carbon dioxide printed circuit board heat exchangers are expected to be applied in third-generation solar thermal power generation. However, the uniformity of supercritical carbon dioxide entering the heat exchanger has a significant impact on the overall performance of the heat exchanger. In order to improve the uniformity of flow distribution in the inlet header. This article studies and optimizes the inlet header of a printed circuit board heat exchanger through numerical simulation. The results indicate that when supercritical carbon dioxide flows through the header cavity, eddy currents will be generated, which will increase the uneven distribution of flow rate, while reducing the generation of eddy currents will improve the uniform distribution of flow rate. When the dimensionless factor of the inlet header is 6, the hyperbolic configuration is the optimal structure. We also reduced the eddy current region by adding transition segments, and the results showed that the structure was the best when the dilation angle was 10 degrees, which reduced the non-uniformity by 21% compared to the hyperbolic configuration, providing guidance for engineering practice.

Design and performance analysis of peak shaving mode for coal-fired power unit based on the molten salt thermal energy storage system SCIE

Abstract :

With the growing share of renewable energy generation in the power grid system, the flexibility of existing coalfired units (CFPU) should be improved to keep power grid stability. Integrating a molten salt thermal energy storage system (MSTES) with CFPU is a simple and feasible method. Three-tank MSTES was adopted. Four integrated modes during discharging were proposed by extracting feedwater and condensed water to release heat and back to boiler, deaerator, or low-pressure turbine (LPT). The influence of extracted steam mass flow rate on the charging process is analyzed. The mass flow rate of extracted water, heat release capacity, heat consumption, exergy efficiency, and discharging time for each mode during discharging are compared. Round-trip efficiency and comprehensive coal consumption rate of the full peak shaving process were calculated. The results demonstrate that as the mass flow rate of extracted main steam increases, the peak shaving capacity increases, but the exergy efficiency decreases. During discharging, the mode of extracting feedwater and back to the boiler (DEAtB) has the lowest heat release capacity, while its heat consumption is higher than other modes. The mode of extracting feedwater and back to the LPT (DEAtLPT) has the highest exergy efficiency (44.05 %). For the full peak shaving process, mode DEAtB has the largest round-trip efficiency (49.97 %), the longest discharging time (4 h), and the lowest comprehensive coal consumption rate (317.43 g/kWh). This work provides practical and efficient integration methods between MSTES and CFPU.

Abstract :

Molten salt and supercritical carbon dioxide (sCO(2)) are considered to be one of the most promising combined heat transfer refrigerants for third-generation solar thermal power generation. To evaluate the potential of chloride salts and carbonates in third-generation solar thermal power generation, this paper uses molten salts and sCO(2) as the working media of printed circuit board heat exchangers (PCHE), and uses numerical simulation to study the heat transfer and friction of PCHE channels with different molten salts and sCO(2), and establishes predictive correlations respectively. A local heat transfer and friction study was conducted on the sCO(2) side of the airfoil channel, and it was found that the inlet mass flow rate has a significant impact on it, while the inlet temperature has a relatively small impact. A comprehensive comparison was made between the heat transfer and friction of two molten salts, and the comprehensive performance of chloride salts was 70%-80% higher than that of carbonates. The results indicate that the potential of chloride salts in third-generation solar thermal power generation is much greater than that of carbonates.

奥氏体不锈钢在四元硝酸盐中的动态腐蚀行为研究

为探究本实验室配制的新型混合低熔点熔融四元硝酸盐与太阳能热发电系统中不锈钢合金的相容性,在搭建的动态腐蚀试验台进行实验条件为565℃,流速分别为0.6、1.3和2.0m/s下1000 h304不锈钢的动态腐蚀试验.实验结果表明:3种流速下304不锈钢均发生了氧化腐蚀.腐蚀失重随腐蚀时间的增加均呈现增加的趋势,变化规律更接近抛物线关系.同时,流速的变化会对腐蚀产生影响.此外,流速的增加对试片表面生成的腐蚀产物类型无影响.

Abstract :

Molten salt and supercritical CO2 (sCO(2)) have been selected as the two most promising heat transfer fluids in the 3rd generation of solar thermal power generation, so it is very important to study their heat transfer and flow characteristics for the design of heat exchanger. This research studies thermohydraulic performance of molten salt and sCO(2) in a printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) with different channel configurations. A PCHE unit with straight channel for molten salt and discontinuous fin for sCO(2) was selected for the fin shape optimization of sCO(2) side. Results show that the newly proposed Fin II channel can reduce the flow resistance of sCO(2) compared with the airfoil Fin I, and Fanning friction factor can be decreased by 11.93% at the expense of Colburn factor decreased by 2.24%. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement is analyzed by using field synergy principle, and the results show that the temperature field, velocity field and pressure field have better synergy in the Fin II channel. The optimal finned channel improves the comprehensive performance of PCHE, which contributes to the third generation of solar thermal power generation.

一种可调节的单螺杆压缩机回热式复叠低温制冷系统,属于制冷技术领域。系统包括高温级回路、低温级回路以及控制器回路。高低温级压缩机均采用单螺杆复合滑阀压缩机,控制器调节滑阀移动可以对压缩机进行容量及内容积比调节。控制器同时连接压缩机电机,调节电机及螺杆转速,进一步增大输气量调节范围。各级系统设置补气、喷液回路连接各级压缩机对其进行增焓、降温。同时,各级系统对回热器增加了旁通回路,更好的调节制冷剂过冷、过热温度,以优化系统性能。此方法解决了变环境温度运行工况及变制冷量条件下系统不能更好匹配的问题,并且为此单螺杆压缩机回热式复叠低温制冷系统增加了多种调节方法来进行优化。

Flexible Operation Mode of Coal-fired Power Unit Coupling with Heat Storage of Extracted Reheat Steam SCIE

In order to provide more grid space for the renewable energy power, the traditional coal-fired power unit should be operated flexibility, especially achieved the deep peak shaving capacity. In this paper, a new scheme using the reheat steam extraction is proposed to further reduce the load far below 50% rated power. Two flexible operation modes of increasing power output mode and reducing fuel mode are proposed in heat discharging process. A 600 MW coal-fired power unit with 50% rated power is chosen as the research model. The results show that the power output is decreased from 300.03 MW to 210.07 MW when the extracted reheat steam flow rate is 270.70 t center dot h(-1), which increases the deep peak shaving capacity by 15% rated power. The deep peak shaving time and the thermal efficiency are 7.63 h center dot d(-1) and 36.91% respectively for the increasing power output mode, and they are 7.24 h center dot d(-1) and 36.58% respectively for the reducing fuel mode. The increasing power output mode has the advantages of higher deep peak shaving time and the thermal efficiency, which is recommended as the preferred scheme for the flexible operation of the coal-fired power unit.

Molten salt nanofluids have become a hot research topic due to its excellent thermal properties and heat transfer performance. However, there is a few research on the effect of nanofluids on the corrosion of metal materials. In order to know the influence of molten salt nanofluids on the corrosion of stainless steel, a low melting point quaternary nitrate was used as the base salt to analyze the corrosion law of nanofluids. By means of weight loss method, two different stainless steels (304, 316L) were put into the molten salt nanofluids with SiO2 nano-particles content of 1 wt% to test the corrosion behavior of stainless steel. The results of 500 h corrosion test revealed that the corrosion rate of mixed molten salt on 304 and 316L stainless steel is reduced by the addition of SiO2 nanoparticles. The corrosion rates of molten salt nanofluids on 304 and 316L stainless steel were 0.0433 mm/y and 0.0233 mm/y, respectively. The surface morphology analysis by SEM, EDS, XRD and XPS test showed that the reticular silica nanostructures corrosion layer was formed on the surface of stainless steel, such structure can inhibit the corrosion of stainless steel. Therefore, molten salt nanofluids have the good compatibility with metal materials, and adding nanoparticles in molten salt can reduce the corrosion on stainless steel.
