Study on multi-tooth meshing-in impact and optimization design of modified cycloidal pin gear transmission SCIE

Abstract :

In this paper, a calculation model for accurately determining the results of the multi-tooth meshing-in impact force of cycloidal pin gear transmission in rotate vector reducer was proposed. Firstly, the principle of multi-tooth meshing-in impact of cycloidal pin gear transmission mechanism under load was explained, and meshing-in velocity was derived. Secondly, a meshing-in impact force model considering damping force and the meshing-in impact coefficient was proposed based on the Hunt-Crossley contact collision model and the Hertz contact collision curve. The study investigated the influence of different modification methods, eccentricity and cycloidal revolution speed on the impact force. Subsequently, an optimization mathematical model was constructed to optimize the basic design parameters of cycloidal gear, with the meshing-in impact coefficient of cycloidal pin gear transmission as the objective. Finally, the impact force model and the optimal mathematical model were verified using finite element analysis. The maximum error of impact force between the theory and simulation results is 3.53%, which is within the allowable range and proved the feasibility of the meshing-in impact model. The results demonstrate that the optimized cycloidal pin gear transmission effectively reduces the impact coefficient.

Abstract :

This paper studies the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism in a rotate vector reducer. First, the concept of standard deviation in statistics was introduced to calculate the load distribution coefficient, combined with the contact strength analysis theory and the multitooth contact load analysis theory of cycloid-pin gear drives, and a calculation model of the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism was established. Then, based on the bearing capacity calculation model, the influence of the design parameters on the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism was systematically explored. Finally, taking the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism as the optimization objective, a multiobjective genetic algorithm was used to optimize the design parameters, a more accurate optimization model of the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism was established, and the theoretical calculation was verified by finite element analysis. The results show that the bearing capacity of the cycloid-pin gear drive mechanism is effectively improved after optimization.

Abstract :

RV reducer is an important function part of industrial robot joints. The cycloid gear measuring problem is the key part of high precision RV reducer manufacturing. A brief introduction to the forming principle and formulas of RV reducer cycloid tooth contour. A new method for measuring the contour accuracy of RV reducer cycloid gear is proposed in the paper, which is used coordinate measuring machine to detect the tooth contour error of cycloid gear. The measuring method, steps and precautions in measuring are discussed in detail. Proposing a data processing and verification program and the cycloid gear manufacturing error is also analyzed. The detection method is certified to meet the application requirements through actual measurement.

Abstract :

Taking a certain type of precision ultra-precision CNC grinding machine as an experimental platform, the research uses Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer in testing the machine tools positional accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy in the before and after position of error compensation. Through the establishment of deviation mathematical model with VDI standard, the paper uses the Matlab powerful data analysis functions to calculate machine movement error value and draws the error distribution curve. Using the error compensation mechanism of FANUC system for pitch compensation and backlash compensation, so that the machine tools meet the requirements of precision ultra-precision machining accuracy.

Abstract :

Hydraulic power chuck clamping force has been the main factor of the precision ultra-precision machining precision of modern CNC machine tools. To solve this problem, the designed wireless sensor system can achieve the real-time detection of chuck dynamic clamping force. The system can provide on-site real-time monitoring data signals and wireless data transmission, and the PC can accept and display real-time dynamic monitoring results and other functions. At the same time, the system has a temperature error compensation function to ensure a more accurate function curves of the relationship between clamping force and chuck speed, and provides important theoretical basis in improving the modern CNC machine tools spindle speed as well as optimizing design of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic power.

Abstract :

The effect of center distance error of machine tool employed in machining globoidal cam was discussed. Based on the offset surface theory, the equation of the globoidal cam profile and the mathematical model of the profile error were established, and the sensitivity coefficient of the center error was derived. The variation of the sensitivity coefficient corresponded to different tool paths was further investigated. The real profile and profile error were simulated through VC++ and PROE software, and the impact and collision of the globoidal cam mechanism caused by the center distance error and its generation mechanism were revealed. Results show that the center error degrades meshing quality and has a bad influence on the transmission performances.
