Abstract :
With the gradual advancement of the country's environmental protection policies, the air-supported membrane structure, characterized by its short construction period, cost-effectiveness, and high safety during construction, has been widely used in the full enclosure renovation of open-air coal yards in coal-fired power plants, the construction of all-weather sports venues, logistics and warehousing, and has gradually entered a large-scale construction phase. The widespread application of air-supported membrane structures has placed higher demands on their operation, maintenance, and scientific monitoring. Taking a coal shed at a power plant in Hengshui city as an example, this article proposes the use of drones equipped with high-precision scanners to scan existing air-supported membrane structures and establish models. This method reduces the differences between the computational analysis model and the actual structure, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the computational analysis results, thus providing support for the safe operation and maintenance of existing air-supported membrane structures.

Abstract :
本实用新型公开了一种用于固定相交叉条带拉索的装配式索夹,其特征在于:包括底盘、可旋转盘、上盖板、下盖板和定位块,所述底盘的下方与一组所述上盖板、下盖板相连接,所述底盘的上方与所述可旋转盘相连接,且所述底盘与所述可旋转盘之间通过定位块进行定位连接,所述可旋转盘的上方与另一组所述上盖板、下盖板相连接。本实用新型能够实现相交叉条带夹角的角度任意设置,也能够实现相交叉条带在节点的有效连接,不会轻易脱离。本实用新型中的构件简单,安装便捷。

Abstract :
Spatial cable-truss structure without inner ring cables (SCSWIRC) belongs to tensile structure, which is composed of three kinds of cable, strut and stiff ring-beam, and its stiffness generates from the pre-stresses of cables. The manufacturing errors of the three kinds of components determine the final formed state and ultimate bearing capacity, so it is essential to study the influences of manufacturing errors of three kinds of components on the mechanical property of structure. The influences of manufacturing errors on SCSWIRC have been studied from four aspects that include elongation or shortening of cable and strut, different pre-stresses states, different cable-truss frames and external loads. The relations of manufacturing errors and four aspects have been studied based on finite element model and experimental model. The results show that the elongation and shortening of components has little influence on sensitive indexes of components when the elongation or shortening of components is the same. The manufacturing errors have the different influences on the mechanical property of structure under the different pre-stress states. The closer cable-truss frame is to the error position, the larger influence the error has on cable-truss frame. The external loads have not changed the basic mechanical property of SCSWIRC, but the external loads make upper chord cables easier to loose and make sensitive indexes change more greatly. Abstract :
Current suspen-domes use loop cables which are key elements and carry large tensions. Loop-free suspen-dome was proposed for improving the collapse resistance and reducing cable tensions. The collapse resistance of loop-free suspen-dome has not been verified. In this paper, analysis on dynamic response of both current suspen-dome and loop-free suspen-dome induced by sudden cable or strut failure is performed to investigate the collapse resistance. Under the loaded state, cables or struts were suddenly removed from the structure to simulate cables or struts failure. Th residual bearing capacity of the structure after the rupture was also analyzed. It is concluded that collapse resistance of the loop-free suspen-dome is good. Failure mode of the loop-free suspen-dome is proportionate. The effect on the loop-free suspen-dome due to initial failure grows proportionately along with the quantity of failed members. It also turns out that cables in the loop-free suspen-dome are relatively independent. Only the failed cable loses tension, other cables still remain in tension. It is also found that the most important cable or strut in the loop-free suspen-dome is in the outermost layer of the cable-strut system. More concern should be shown to the cables and struts in the outermost layer.

Abstract :
Cable-truss tensile structures are one of the most imperative types of spatial structures, and a spatial cable-truss structure without inner ring cables (SCSWIRC) is a new type of cable-truss tensile structure. Although SCSWIRC has a strong anti -collapse capacity, its construction forming is difficult. Based on the concept of grid-jumped layout for struts, the experimental model with a span of 6 m is designed, and then three grid-jumped layout schemes are proposed to simplify structure system. The static and dynamic properties of experimental and finite element models are systematically studied. The results show that experimental values agree with simulation values. The errors of the static experiment are in the range of 6%similar to 11.53% and the errors of the dynamic experiment are in the range of 5%similar to 8%. The grid-jumped layout has negligible effects on the internal forces of cables. However, it has excellent effects on the internal forces of struts and nodal displacements at the grid-jumped layout, so the mechanical property of struts needs to be rechecked after grid-jumped layout. The mechanical property of the optimal grid-jumped layout scheme does not change compared with original scheme. The optimal grid-jumped layout scheme not only simplifies SCSWIRC, but also reduces the amount of steel. The study can promote the application of SCSWIRC in practical engineering. Abstract :
This paper puts forward a new kind of joint called plate-insert welded tubular joint that is used in long-span prestressed spatial structures. It is composed of one inserted plate, one major member, and several minor members. The plate is inserted through a major member, and the minor members intersect the major member. The static performance of cooperative work between the inserted plate, major member, and minor members are studied by numerical analysis using ABAQUS and Ansys, from which the elastic ultimate bearing capacity of the joint are obtained. The multigroup of geometric parameters are set to establish a number of finite-element models for parametric analysis to obtain the effect rule of different inserted-plate length parameters on bearing capacity. Then a new design method of the joint is put forward on the basis of the analysis. From the joint design example of the second stage of the Tianjin Binhai International Exhibition, the reliability of the method is verified using a combination of numerical and experimental studies.

为研究环形交叉索桁结构(ACCTS)的施工关键技术,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了直径为100 m的ACCTS有限元模型.基于此模型,研究了环梁刚度、支撑柱形式、温度作用、构件制作温度误差对ACCTS的影响;分析了环梁-支撑柱对ACCTS动力性能的影响.此外,基于可靠度理论及非线性规划理论,提出了索长误差限值计算方法并给出了索长误差控制限值.研究结果表明:在一定范围内提高环梁刚度能够有效降低环梁变形,但超出该范围后其作用不明显;通过环梁预调值法可使调整后的环梁处于设计位形,消除了环梁变形对索力的影响,预调后所得预应力与初始预应力之间的误差范围为0.51%~1.12%,满足工程要求;支撑柱两端的...

Abstract :
在阐述《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017—2017)等规范中与空间网格结构设计相关的稳定性设计规定的基础上,以某跨度为155m的含预应力索的空间拱桁架结构为例,对直接分析法和有效长度法的设计结果进行了比较。结果显示,在按应力比1.1进行计算长度法设计之后,再采用直接分析法进行杆件的验算和截面微调,可以使结构既满足直接分析法稳定性要求,又可较应力比为1.0的计算长度法设计结果节省4.5%的用钢量。

Abstract :
A new type of cable-strut tension structure named Annular Crossed Cable-truss Structure(ACCTS) comprises a series of planar cable-truss frames crossed each other. To investigate the force mechanism of ACCTS, a cable-truss frame model with 2-bar and 6-cable has been developed, and its initial stiffness formula has been derived as well. The model is further simplified to make it is upper and lower vector heights equal, a nd then the initial stiffness formula and the critical slack load formula are further deduced. Based on ANSYS software and cable-truss frame with a span of 60m, the influences of the number of struts and position of jumped layout on the cable-truss frame are studied. According to the former 60m span cabletruss frame's research results, the jumped layout of ACCTS with a span of 100m is studied. The static and dynamic performances of two schemes, the optimal jumped layout scheme and the original scheme, are systematically studied. It is shown that the number of struts would be about 6 similar to 8 for the planar cable-truss frame and the optimal order of jumped layout is strut 6-7 -> strut 4-5 -> strut 2-3. The optimal order of jumped layout of ACCTS agrees with that of the cable-truss frame, verifying the feasibility of conclusions. In the condition of no variati on in the original structure's static and dynamic performance, the optimal scheme of the jumped layout will lower the steel consumption and enhance the buckling loads.
