Abstract :
Based on the different body configurations caused by varying head-to-tail distances exhibited by crawling inchworms during locomotion, this paper proposes a crawling-inchworm-type self-tuned dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) based on silicone gel materials for reducing low-frequency vibration. The proposed DVA was designed and developed by employing a magnetic hanging design with movable features, a span adjustment design with an embedded stepper motor, and a real-time control design using a microcontroller. First, a finite element simulation model was established to analyze the main structure of the self-tuned DVA using the finite element method. The frequency-shifting characteristics of the absorber were obtained by identifying the actuating modes that are sensitive to the hanging span. Second, based on the frequency-shifting characteristics of the self-tuned DVA, an absorber control system was designed by introducing a short-time Fourier transform and PID algorithm to achieve autonomous frequency adjustment of the DVA. Finally, the self-tuned absorption effects of the prototype self-tuned DVA were tested through a series of experiments, which confirmed its excellent self-tuned vibration absorption capability within the low-frequency range.

Abstract :
Compared to the two-stage linear vibration isolator (TLVI), the two-stage quasi-zero stiffness (TQZS) system offers superior vibration isolation performance, making it a promising candidate for vibration isolation of precision instrument. However, the TQZS system exhibits a significant vibration amplitude due to its low dynamic stiffness. In this paper, a coupled (TQZS-UDVA) system consisting of a TQZS system and a dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) attached to the upper stage of the TQZS system is presented. The harmonic balance method is employed to obtain approximate analytical solution. The effects of system parameters on dynamic behavior and isolation performance are studied in detail. Five performance indexes are proposed, and based on these indexes, the damping and tuning stiffness of DVA are optimized. The results indicate that the integration of DVA effectively mitigates the vibration amplitude and extends the isolation frequency band, without compromising high-frequency performance.

Abstract :
A multi-degree-of-freedom device is proposed, which can achieve efficient vibration reduction as the main objective and energy harvesting as the secondary purpose. The device comprises a multiscale nonlinear vibration absorber (NVA) and piezoelectric components. Energy conversion and energy measurement methods are used to evaluate the device performance from multiple perspectives. Research has shown that this device can efficiently transfer transient energy from the main structure and convert a portion of transient energy into electrical energy. Main resonance and higher-order resonance are the main reasons for efficient energy transfer. The device can maintain high vibration reduction performance even when the excitation amplitude changes over a large range. Compared with the single structures with and without precompression, the multiscale NVA-piezoelectric device offers significant vibration reduction advantages. In addition, there are significant differences in the parameter settings of the two substructures for vibration reduction and energy harvesting.

Abstract :
Elastic metamaterials have received extensive attention due to their proven track record in wave attenuation. In this study, a novel one-dimensional lever-type elastic metamaterial model is designed to achieve low-frequency wave attenuation by introducing an adjustable lever mechanism in a conventional mass-spring resonator. The dispersion relation and ef-fective mass expression of the proposed metamaterial are theoretically derived. Then, the band structure characteristics and the effect of parameters on the band gap are analyzed in detail. The results show that by selecting appropriate lever ratio and initial rotation an-gle, a low frequency band gap can be obtained and the wave attenuation capability within the band gap can be enhanced. Finally, the dynamic response of the proposed structure is calculated by direct numerical integration method to verify the analytical results. Fur-thermore, the application potential of the proposed elastic metamaterial in shock wave attenuation is demonstrated by analyzing the spatial propagation of wave packets along the proposed structure. This study provides a meaningful reference for the design of other tunable elastic metamaterials to attenuate waves.(c) 2023 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
本文利用ANSYS建立高保真铝合金桨叶模型,并利用Explicit Dynamics模块对该模型进行了高速冲击仿真,根据桨叶的实际工作情况选取了20种不同工况数据进行数值模拟。研究发现,铝合金桨叶的抗冲击性能有明显的速度效应,随着速度的增加出现了弹开、嵌入、贯穿三种侵彻状态。结果表明:铝合金桨叶主要依靠铝合金材料的变形、破碎吸能,且不同工况下抵抗冲击的性能不同。

Abstract :
对于估算折叠机翼的气动特性问题,使用升力面理论与涡格法进行计算,给出涡格法的计算公式,使用此方法分析折叠机翼在5°迎角、30m/s空速下升力系数、阻力系数与俯仰力矩系数随着折叠角度的变化规律。结果表明,随着折叠角的增大,升力系数与阻力系数减小,而俯仰力矩系数变大。

Abstract :
变体飞行器是最近提出的一种新概念飞行器。其可根据飞行条件和飞行任务改变自身的气动构型,从而实现多种任务的切换。其中折叠翼飞行器十分受到大家的关注。本文建立了折叠机翼的结构和气动模型,将其合成为气动弹性模型以研究折叠角与后掠角对颤振频率和颤振速度的影响。通过与商业软件NASTRAN的对比以验证模型的正确性。结果表明折叠角度和后掠角度对于颤振速度来说是非常重要的因素,在设计和制造阶段要着重考虑。

Abstract :
低频振动由于振幅大、振动能量高等特点,持续振动会引起结构失稳或机械设备的故障,实现低频有效控制成为近几年研究的热点问题。本文设计中引入刚度可调的简支梁动力吸振器,探究简支梁刚度变化理论确定吸振器的相关参数,通过有限元仿真模拟得到改变简支梁有效长度具有更宽的频率范围,通过调整边界条件控制吸振器等效刚度和共振频率。通过对仿真结果的分析,对模型进行进一步优化探究减振效果的显著变化。

Abstract :
本研究主要针对飞机螺旋桨叶片,本文利用ANSYS软件建立了螺旋桨叶片模型,并对其进行了单向流固耦合分析。为了研究螺旋桨叶片的应力应变特性,对不同转速的螺旋桨叶片的应力应变进行了计算。为研究螺旋桨叶片的振动特性,对不同材料、不同转速螺旋桨叶片进行了预应力模态分析。分析结果表明,螺旋桨叶片转速增加对于桨叶的模态频率影响较小,但是对于螺旋桨叶片的应力应变有着明显的影响,随桨叶转速的增加,桨叶所受应力增大,桨叶变形也随之增加;对于不同材料的桨叶,仿真结果表明复合材料具有降频率的作用。

Abstract :
The quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) system, as a typical high-static-low-dynamic-stiffness (HSLDS) system, is able to realize low frequency vibration isolation by introducing nonlinear negative stiffness. However, the nonlinearity of the system may result in a serious deterioration of the isolation performance under large amplitude excitation. In this paper, an inerter-based combined vibration isolation (IBCVI) system is proposed to overcome this problem. The IBCVI system consists of a QZS system and an inerter-based linear dynamic vibration absorber (IBDVA). The harmonic balance method is employed to obtain amplitude-frequency response of the IBCVI system, and the mechanism of IBDVA on vibration isolation system is revealed. Then the effects of system parameters on control performance are studied in detail. The results of the comparison with other models show that the presented model performs smaller vibration amplitude and wider isolation frequency band. This research provides a new insight into vibration isolation under large amplitude excitation from the perspective of vibration absorption.
