CFRP-EMD加固灌浆套筒连接装配式桥墩振动台试验

Abstract :

为研究受力筋灌浆套筒连接装配式混凝土桥墩的抗震加固方法,以受力筋灌浆套筒连接装配式混凝土桥墩和灌浆套筒-预应力筋连接装配式混凝土桥墩为研究对象,设计制作了两个1/6缩尺模型,并依据二者的震害特点提出了一种采用碳纤维复合材料-外置金属耗能装置(简称CFRP-EMD)的组合加固方法。选取近断层地震波作为输入,开展了单、双向激励下模型桥墩的振动台试验,从试验现象、基本动力特性、地震响应规律等方面分析了CFRP-EMD对两类装配式混凝土桥墩的加固效果。结果表明:地震作用下两类试件的主要震损包括墩身开裂、墩底接缝开合、接缝混凝土剥落压碎等;附加预应力筋连接可提高构件刚度和自复位能力,降低墩身和接缝的损伤速率和损伤程度;采用CFRP-EMD组合加固能够显著提高震损装配式构件的刚度、抗震变形能力和耗能能力;CFRP-EMD加固后灌浆套筒-预应力筋连接装配式混凝土桥墩的塑性变形更加合理。提出的组合加固设计方法和实施原则可用于装配式混凝土桥墩抗震加固中。

预制拼装桥墩体系及其抗震性能研究进展

Abstract :

预制拼装桥墩体系(Pre-fabricated Concrete PierSystem,PCP)抗震性能是影响其推广、应用的关键.为加快PCP在中、高烈度等复杂恶劣工程环境中的设计、施工与建造,首先综述了 PCP节点连接的接缝形式、连接构造类型及典型工程示例,指出了 PCP常用3种接缝形式和6种连接构造力学性能的研究现状及其优缺点;其次,系统地梳理了 PCP抗震性能的研究进展,分析了不同连接条件下PCP的抗震性能,明晰了现有PCP抗震性能研究的不足及未来研究方向;最后,详细地论述了 PCP抗震性能提升方法的研究前沿,探究了耗能延性构造的设置、高性能材料的应用、新型装配式节点构造设计以及新型混合预制桥墩体系的提出等PCP抗震性能提升方法的优缺点和发展方向.结果表明:通过对装配式节点的合理设计以及薄弱区域的预处理,预制拼装桥墩体系的抗震性能能够达到"等同现浇"的设计原则.然而PCP在复杂恶劣工程环境中的推广应用仍面临以下关键问题:PCP既有节点连接方式、体系和改进措施的抗震性能研究成果亟需归纳;新型节点连接方式、新体系和新型改进措施亟待提出,相关抗震性能有待验证;既有和新型PCP抗震性能的理论分析及抗震设计方法尚需完善;适用于复杂恶劣环境的预制拼装桥墩设计、施工标准亟需制定.

本发明公开了一种小摇摆传动放大耗能复位阻尼装置,包括直齿条、小齿轮、大齿轮、正压高强螺栓、定位高强螺栓、传递钢构件、定位钢构件、腔体连接件、连接高强螺栓、腔体盖板、腔体壳、垫圈、转轴块、形状记忆合金块、内齿轮、铅体、U型钢构件、销栓、腔体封边。该型小摇摆传动放大耗能复位阻尼装置两端出现随墙体的小摇摆相对位移后,通过U型钢构件将位移传递到直齿条,直齿条上下移动令与其啮合的小齿轮发生转动,可以实现大齿轮多重剪切铅体耗能、大齿轮与腔体盖板摩擦耗能、大齿轮剪切形状记忆合金块耗能,并通过形状记忆合金块复位等多重耗能复位功能。本发明具有构造简单明确,施工工艺简单、耗能能力强、耗能稳定等优点。

Equivalent model of a multi-particle damper considering particle rolling and its analytical solution EI

Abstract :

Multi-particle dampers (M-PD) can be potentially applied in civil engineering because of their good damping effect and wide frequency band. However, because of their complex nonlinear mechanical properties and the lack of a reasonable mechanical model, their development and application in practical engineering are limited. Therefore, without considering the accumulation of particles, an equivalent inertia single-particle mechanical model (EISM) is proposed by introducing an inerter to consider the effect of particle rolling on the damping mechanism and performance. Dynamic analyses of the EISM single degree of freedom system in the non-collision stage and the periodic motion after collision are performed based on the analytical solution. The influence of inertance on the frequency response curve of dynamic amplification factors in the no-collision stage and the analytical solution for the symmetric two-impacts-per-cycle motion are discussed in detail. Numerical simulations and experimental verification are conducted to verify the rationality of the above theoretical analysis. The results show that EISM can further clarify the nonlinear characteristics of M-PD. The inertance has a significant influence on the frequency response curve of the dynamic amplification factors as well as the boundary conditions and stability of the analytical solution of the symmetric two-impacts-per-cycle motion. The proposed EISM and the corresponding theoretical analysis in this study can theoretically support further analysis of the vibration reduction mechanism and design of M-PDs. © 2021 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Multi-particle dampers have a good application prospect in the field of civil engineering structures because of their good damping efficiency and wide frequency band. However, the highly complex nonlinear mechanical properties and the lack of a reasonable mechanical model limit its application and development in practical engineering. In view of this, an equivalent single-particle mechanical model with inerter was established without considering the accumulation of particles. The introduction of inerter further considered the influence of particle rolling on the damping mechanism and effect. Then, the theoretical analysis of a single-degree-of-freedom structure with a multi-particle damper was carried out. The influence of inertance on the frequency response curve of displacement in the non-collision stage and the steady-state analytical solution of periodic collision after collision were analyzed emphatically. Numerical simulation and experimental research were also carried out to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The results show that the equivalent model proposed can further clarify the nonlinear characteristics of the multi-particle damper after considering the inerter. The inertia coefficient has a significant influence on the frequency response curve of the controlled structure in the non-collision stage and the analytical solution (boundary and stability) of the periodic motion after collision. The steady-state analytical solution of periodic motion provides a theoretical basis for further parameter influence analysis and for damping mechanism analysis of particle dampers. Earthquake input energy prediction considering structural transient response EI

Abstract :

Statistic and theory based methods are mainly used for predicting earthquake input energy. Statistical energy spectrum methods need abundant time-history simulation and are lack of solid theoretical basis, while theoretical prediction methods are derived from structural dynamics with necessary assumptions, so that these methods have relatively low accuracy resulted from their assumptions. In this work the comparison of simulation and analysis showed that, due to the influence of structural transient response ignored by existing theoretical prediction methods, more than 40% errors exist in prediction of earthquake input energy for structures with low damping ratio and long period. Based on Fourier decomposition, a new theoretical method was proposed for earthquake input energy prediction considering the influence of transient response. The comparative analysis show that the proposed method significantly improves prediction accuracy of earthquake input energy. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd

桥梁伸缩装置(以下简称伸缩缝)使用环境恶劣、受荷形式复杂,易出现多种病害.伸缩缝病害会造成桥梁耐久性降低,车致桥梁动力响应加重等不利现象.因此,伸缩缝病害机理及其处置方法和考虑伸缩缝参数影响的车-桥耦合动力响应规律研究受到了广泛关注.本文综述了桥梁伸缩缝力学性能,常见病害及其影响,病害机理及其处置方法等的发展现状;重点讨论了考虑伸缩缝参数及其变化影响的桥梁动力响应的研究进展及存在的问题;展望了未来桥梁伸缩缝研究中有待解决的关键问题.
