Abstract :
太赫兹波作为一种穿透性强、具有非电离性和惧水性的电磁波,可以穿透多种非金属、非极性介质材料。太赫兹计算层析成像技术基于傅里叶中心切片定理和直线传播模型,通过记录不同投影角度下的强度数据,采用滤波反投影等重建算法获得样品三维吸收系数分布和内外部结构信息分布。随着太赫兹成像器件的不断发展和应用场景的拓展,已发展出多种照明模式、成像光路和重建算法,并已在文物保护、骨密度测量和无损检测领域开展了应用探索。概述太赫兹计算层析技术的基本原理,并从提高重建质量、分辨率和采集效率三方面具体介绍太赫兹计算层析成像技术的最新研究。

Abstract :
A photonic-assisted distributed multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) chaotic radar is proposed based on multidimensional multiplexing. Reference chaotic (RC) optical signals and echo modulation signals from different remote stations (RSs) are transmitted to the central station (CS) and distinguished using wavelength division multiplexing. Signal-level fusion processing of all RSs' data and adjustment of operating frequency are simultaneously realized. Owing to the quasi-orthogonal waveform multiplexing and non-deterministic characteristics of chaotic signals, high spectrum efficiency and anti-interference capability can be ensured. Three functions, including broadband chaotic signal generation, and frequency up-and down-conversion, are integrated by polarization multiplexing. The radar becomes much more compact by sharing the laser and modulator. A distributed 2 $\times$ 2 MIMO chaotic radar with an effective bandwidth of 6 GHz in Ku-band is established, and the 2-D positions of the targets can be obtained by a back-projection algorithm. The experimental results show that the range and azimuth resolutions are 3.09 and 6.35 cm, respectively, and the average positioning error is less than 0.71 cm. A potential solution of high-precision 2-D positioning is provided for target detection in complex electromagnetic environments.

Abstract :
Dual-axis galvanometer is used as a common beam steering component in diverse illumination and imaging approaches. In this paper, we propose an uncorrelated uniform illumination approach based on dual-axis galvanometric scanning. Specially, we analyze the mechanism of galvanometric illumination and elucidate three main factors affecting its uniformity properties. In this illumination module, the laser beam is deflected rapidly by the galvanometer which is driven by triangular voltage signals, and then focused by an f-theta lens to illuminate the object at an equal lateral scanning velocity. This method has lower coherent noise than extended laser illumination, higher brightness than partial coherent illumination and higher uniformity than galvanometric Lissajous trajectory driven by sinusoidal signals.

Abstract :
For decades, terahertz (THz) microscopic imaging has been limited by the resolution of the system due to the larger wavelength, the power of the source, and the equivalent noise power of the detector, so a lot of research has focused on single-point scanning imaging. With the development of hardware, full-field THz imaging based on high-power continuous-wave THz sources have been developed such as the direct intensity imaging method and lensless coherent imaging. In particular, the THz direct intensity imaging method requires no complicated computational reconstruction, while the high resolution, as a key issue, still needs to be improved. In this paper, the rotating coherent scattering microscopy was applied to THz imaging for the first time. Here, we designed and fabricated a hemisphere lens with high-resistance silicon. The tilted hemisphere lens transformed the incident divergent beam into a plane wave, and the total internal reflection occurred in the planar surface within the hemispherical lens, and generated evanescent waves in the rare medium. At the same time, the sample was placed very close to the plane of the hemispherical lens, so that the sample was illuminated by the evanescent waves. The scattered waves carried high frequency information to the far field, and thus through an objective, the super-resolution imaging was achieved along a single direction. Then, the hemispherical lens was rotated to obtain coherent scattering microscopic images under different evanescent wave illumination angles. Finally, the full-field super-resolution imaging results were obtained through incoherent superposition.

本发明公开了利用二维振镜扫描照明的的太赫兹全场相衬成像方法,该方法包括用二维振镜快速改变照明光束的位置,并使用探测器延时曝光对成像帧进行平均,从而得到一个强度分布均匀的部分相干照明光场。通过一个4f系统对物体成像,采集一幅像平面和两幅不同离焦面下的强度图像,用数值差分的方法得到轴向导数。将轴向导数带入到光强传输方程的迭代算法中,通过不断减小计算实验中的轴向导数与计算得到的轴向导数的差值,不断累加相位值。当迭代满足迭代收敛条件时,迭代结束最后得到像平面的相位分布。

本发明公开了一种基于太赫兹f‑θ物镜和二维扫描振镜的三维计算层析成像方法,包括优化设计太赫兹f‑θ物镜、三维计算层析的数据重建过程。设计适用于太赫兹计算层析成像系统的f‑θ物镜需要满足三个条件:不同角度θ的入射光束透射太赫兹f‑θ物镜之后在观察平面产生的像高H满足H=f×θ,其中f为太赫兹f‑θ物镜的焦距;不同角度的入射光束经过太赫兹f‑θ物镜之后的出射光束平行于光轴传播;不同角度的入射光束经过太赫兹f‑θ物镜之后的出射光束尺寸基本不发生改变。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种基于达曼光栅分束的连续太赫兹波单曝光叠层成像方法,该方法通过分束器件太赫兹达曼光栅产生对被测样品进行阵列照明的子波束,同时捕获多束携带被测样品信息的衍射图样,将衍射图样进行叠层重建算法重建出照明光束的复振幅和样品的透过率函数,得到被测样品的表面形貌,提取出被测样品的相位信息,从而定量推算出被塑料、陶瓷、纸张等非极性物质遮挡的被测样品表面的形貌结构。本发明有效解决了普通太赫兹叠层成像需要多次曝光,使得实时性较低的问题,从而在定量得到大样品的形貌结构的基础上,真正实现大视场高分辨率快速成像。

Abstract :
一种基于微波光子技术的多目标三坐标探测方法属于微波光子与雷达相交叉领域。本发明将微波光子技术和雷达探测技术相结合,采用光子倍频手段产生宽带发射信号对目标进行探测,使用具有对称结构的十字形天线阵列接收回波并对回波进行去斜处理。对去斜处理得到的去斜信号频率进行对称性分析,实现对不同目标的距离、方位角以及俯仰角探测信息的区分,实现同时探测多目标的距离、方位角以及俯仰角信息。本发明对激光器功率波动和调制器偏置点漂移不敏感,因此具有更好的稳定性;接收天线的基线长度不必小于半波长,因此可以使用大孔径的接收天线阵列,以获得更高的探测精度;需波束扫描而可以实现对大方向范围内空间的实时监测。

Abstract :
本发明提供了一种基于SLM多角度调制的单次曝光叠层成像方法。该方法包括设计相位图像加载到空间光调制器中来生成不同角度的子光束,探测器采集到的单幅衍射图样包含物面交叠的五幅不同的子衍射图案,由于相邻衍射图交叠部分包含有物体冗余信息,可以用叠层迭代算法得到探针光束的复振幅分布,通过衍射回传得到物平面的复振幅分布。通过拍摄一幅衍射图强度分布图像,用叠层迭代算法计算出中心平面的相位分布,进而通过衍射回传得到物平面的复振幅分布与探针分布。相比于其他叠层成像方法,单次曝光叠层成像速度更快、对时间分辨与光源的相干性要求更低。

Abstract :
提出了一种由三维打印技术制作的用于0.3 THz波束调控的二元相位型衍射透镜,可产生轴向焦深为25 mm、腰斑直径为1 mm的太赫兹聚焦波束。将该聚焦波束应用于连续太赫兹波计算机辅助层析成像,不仅将成像分辨率提高到1.5 mm,而且由于扩大了系统景深,提高了成像保真度。这类利用三维打印技术制作的二元衍射元件可有效应用于低频太赫兹波段的光束调控,为太赫兹成像系统的性能优化以及聚焦元件的设计制备提供一种有效途径。
