Abstract :
The cement composite calcium lignosulfonate is used to enhance the mechanical properties and the freeze-thaw resistance of loess. Based on an unconfined compressive test under different freeze-thaw cycles, the influence of cement dosage, curing age, and freeze-thaw cycles on compressive strength are discussed. The results indicate that the strength of loess can increase by up to 13 times, and the loss of strength is reduced from 72% to 28% under the reinforcement of cement dosage and curing age. The loss of strength is mainly concentrated in the initial 5 freeze-thaw cycles, and the structure gradually stabilizes after 10 freeze-thaw cycles. In addition, according to the X-ray diffraction test, it is found that the stabilized loess exhibits a comparatively more stable mineral composition. The scanning electron microscope results reveal that hydration products enveloped the soil particles, forming a mesh structure that strengthens the connection between the soil particles. The freeze-thaw damage makes the small and medium pores turn into large pores in loess, while the stabilized loess changes micro and small pores into small and medium pores, with no large pores found. It is feasible to improve loess with the cement composite calcium lignosulfonate, which can provide references for the reinforcement treatment of loess.

本发明公开了一种基于点云数据的地铁限界检测及调线调坡方法及系统,包括:通过三维激光扫描仪获取地铁隧道点云数据;通过点云软件处理获取的点云数据;根据处理后的点云数据进行地铁隧道断面的剖切;将限界断面与点云数据获取的实测断面图对比;通过获取断面的点云数据,然后生成隧道的断面图和地铁的限界图,再将地铁的限界图与隧道的实测点云图进行比对,根据比对的结果和地铁限界检测标推进行限界分析,根据限界分析结果进行线路的调线调坡工作。实现了对地铁限界的自动化检测;而引入三维激光扫描仪,可以不受环境和光源的限制,降低人员需求的同时,提高了检测的精度和效率。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种基于点云信息的地铁渗漏水检测方法,利用三维激光点云数据分割隧道,将隧道环号分割成多个单环点云模型,通过在各个单环内点云标量值统一改变,修正成灰度值的范围,用点云强度值代替灰度值,设定阈值。统计所有环片渗漏水面积和占比,筛选渗水面积较大的环片,达到快速检测渗漏水区域的效果。本发明直接利用点云信息的强度值进行区分渗漏水区域。图像是由像素点组成,一般都是经过格栅化将点云数据转换成图像,而不同材料之间对光的反射强度不同,可直接利用强度值作为灰度值进行渗漏水区分,因而可以简化计算过程,提高识别速度,具有很强的推广价值。

Abstract :
一种组合装配式防屈曲耗能支撑构件涉及结构加固及防灾减震领域。该构件包括内核受力单元和外围约束单元两部分。根据金属材料耗能原理,其内核受力单元设计为阻尼板,可以直接承受轴向荷载作用,有效耗散地震输入能量,外围约束单元由各种型钢和螺栓组合装配而成,对内核单元起到约束作用,显著提高内核单元的屈曲荷载,促使内核单元在外荷载作用下发生全截面屈服,进而增大构件滞回环饱满程度和耗能能力,适用于单核和双核支撑。相比于传统防屈曲支撑构件,这种构件无焊接或者极少焊接,便于拆卸和组装,定期更换阻尼板,无砂浆或混凝土灌注极大简化了防屈曲耗能支撑的加工工艺,且结构形式简单,截面样式多样,工程适用性强。

本发明公开了一种多功能再生骨料混凝土砌块,上表面开设两个竖向对称贯通的大圆孔,用于竖向插筋和灌注再生混凝土,上下表面都有出料槽,在左右表面分别开设限位凹凸槽,用于连接相邻砌块,限位槽中心开设一个横向贯通的小圆孔,用于横向插筋,前表面开设锯齿形卡槽。砌块的多功能性主要体现在可以根据实际工程需要砌筑为填充墙、承重墙及剪力墙等各种不同承载构件。砌块采用的骨料为建筑垃圾经过处理后的再生骨料,采用的胶凝材料为由工厂废弃物磷石膏制备的磷石膏水泥。本发明可以实现建筑垃圾的回收利用,具有很高的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract :
本发明公开了再生骨料及再生混凝土承重砌块制备方法。采用再生粗骨料100%代替天然粗骨料,粉煤灰替代部分水泥制作而成,混合料组成成分包括:再生粗骨料:天然细骨料:水泥:粉煤灰:水=1172:578:400:100:150。首先将建筑垃圾通过分拣、破碎、加工、筛分形成再生骨料,利用混凝土搅拌机先将骨料与胶凝材料充分搅拌一分钟,然后将称量好的水分两次加入,每次加入后搅拌两分钟,总共搅拌时长为五分钟。最后将搅拌均匀的混合料装入砌块成型机加压振动制成单排孔再生混凝土承重砌块,静置24h后放入标准养护室养护28天。经试验测试证明该再生混凝土承重砌块抗压强度满足MU10,符合GB/T 8239‑2014标准的要求,可用于结构承重部分。

Abstract :
The debate on whether the creep failure is induced by a stress threshold or a strain threshold is studied on several soils in this paper with a power law model and a normalization curve. The analysis indicates: (a) the creep failure is based on a critical strain, which is obtained with a normalization curve; (b) the time to the creep failure is very long for a low stress level or a low creep exponent; (c) for a given time to the creep failure, the strain threshold could be converted to a stress threshold, and variable stress thresholds will be calculated for different times given to the creep failure; (d) the creep behavior of various materials could be compared with the normalization curve and the power law model.

Abstract :
The Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion takes on the simplest form in the Mohr stress space, which has thus been most extensively applied in limit analysis and limit equilibrium methods because of its accuracy. However, the Mohr-Coulomb yield surface in the stress space is non-smooth, causing huge troubles to the constitutive integration in the deformation based finite element plasticity analysis. In addressing strength problems, meanwhile, solvers based on the load controlled method (LCM) are hard to bring the finite element model to the limit equilibrium state. Aiming at these issues, the solution schemes are proposed as follows. First, an algorithm named GSPC is designed for the constitutive integration for plasticity with non-smooth yield surfaces. GSPC is always convergent for arbitrary large strain increments, with far more excellent numerical properties than the return-mapping methods available. A solver based on the displacement controlled method (DCM) is developed for the finite element plasticity analysis. The DCM solver is able to bring easily the finite element model into the limit equilibrium state, with no convergence issue, and far more efficient and robust than any LCM solvers. At last, combined with the strength reduction method, the secant method for the factor of safety of slopes is developed, and the location and depth of tension cracks at the slope top are proposed. © 2021, Science Press. Abstract :
黏性土体冲蚀特性研究是预防水工建筑物破坏的关键.采用冲蚀函数测定仪(EFA)对重塑黏性土进行冲刷试验.根据试验结果,对Wilson模型和过剪应力模型中冲刷参数之间相关关系进行了研究,并分析起动切应力与含水量、干重度和黏聚力之间的关系.此外,使用决定系数R2和归一化目标函数NOF对2种模型的拟合优度进行了评价.试验结果表明:2个模型的冲刷参数之间具有较好的相关性;已知一个冲刷参数,即可通过回归方程得到其余冲刷参数;并且起动切应力与含水量、干重度和黏聚力呈线性关系.Wilson模型的R2和NOF优于过剪应力模型,因此Wilson模型预测黏性土的合理性和准确性均高于过剪应力模型.
