磁流变阻尼器Bingham力学模型改进及参数辨识

Abstract :

磁流变阻尼器不仅具有阻尼快速响应、良好的温度稳定性、内部结构简单等优势,而且可以通过调节控制电流使阻尼器的出力值连续变化,实现阻尼力可控.由于磁流变阻尼器阻尼特性与内部磁流变液的磁流变效应有关,具体表现非常复杂,现有力学模型目精度不足,无法精确描述磁流变阻尼器的阻尼特性.在磁流变阻尼器力学性能测试基础上,应用分段拟合函数方法同时结合反正切函数模型改进模型,并辨识改进后力学模型中各参数.将改进后的Bingham模型与实际测试出力值进行对比,结果表明改进后的Bingham模型能够很好地解决Bingham力学模型在非线性滞回阶段出力值曲线与实际测试数据不符的问题,改进后模型总体出力值曲线与阻尼器实际出力值基本相同,模型精度大幅提升.此种改进方法为磁流变阻尼器建立高精度力学模型提供参考.

用于生物分离的石墨烯表面可控释适配体支架的设计及实验验证

Abstract :

磁分离是从生物样本中富集特定目标物的常用方法。传统特异性磁分离方法一般通过将抗体与磁珠偶联获得免疫磁珠的方式用于特定目标物的捕获,但由于抗体有成本高、捕获目标物后不易释放等缺点,免疫磁珠难以满足众多研究领域对同时满足目标物大批量、高特异性富集的需求。核酸适配体同抗体一样具备目标物高特异性捕获的能力,相较抗体具有制备成本低、结构简单和化学稳定性高等优点,更适合用来大批量、高特异性富集特定目标物,因此在本研究中,本文利用石墨烯对单链和双链核酸的吸附能力不同的特性,以CD63适配体为例设计了一套可以将适配体展示于石墨烯表面并用于捕获、富集和释放目标物的方法。该设计主要包括2个单元,一是可以贴附于石墨烯表面并将CD63适配体展示于石墨烯外的双链寡核苷酸支架,二是采用与支架足部序列互补的单链寡核苷酸,将所捕获的目标物从石墨烯表面解吸附。本研究首先以氧化石墨烯(GO)纸为石墨烯界面,通过对支架或CD63蛋白等进行荧光标记,并对比支架释放前后及CD63蛋白捕获前后GO纸表面荧光强度变化表示其支架释放效果与CD63蛋白捕释情况,随后应用氨基修饰的石墨烯壳铁氮磁珠搭载CD63适配体双链支架,用于捕获细胞裂解液中CD63蛋白。结果表明,该支架可以将适配体展示于石墨烯表面捕获CD63蛋白并可以可控释放,使用挑选的改性石墨烯磁珠搭载该适配体双链支架,可以用于细胞裂解液中CD63蛋白的捕获。该方法有望实现多种蛋白质的特异性富集或通过捕获外泌体膜蛋白而富集外泌体等多种用途。

Abstract :

Homogeneously dispersed ultrafine CoFe2O4 nanoparticles embedded within N-doped carbon nanofibers (named as CFO@NCNFs) have been fabricated via electrospinning and following heat treatment procedures. The dielectric and magnetic parameters of CFO@NCNFs/paraffin wax composites are regulated through adjusting the concentration of CoFe2O4 to obtain good impedance matching and excellent microwave absorption (MA) properties. Benefiting from the unique structure involving CoFe2O4 @onion-like carbon nanospheres and 3D conductive NCNFs network, as well as the synergistic mechanism between ultrasmall magnetic CoFe2O4 nano-particles and light mass dielectric NCNFs. The CFO@NCNFs-5 exhibit outstanding MA properties at only 20 wt% filler loading and minimum reflection loss (RL) achieves-47.9 dB (surpass 99.9% MA) at 9.2 GHz with a thin thickness of merely 1.7 mm, and the corresponding effective absorption bandwidth (RL <-10 dB) achieves 5.4 GHz (6.5-11.9 GHz). Moreover, the effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) can be obtained in multiband (3.9-18.0 GHz) by adjusting the thickness of sample layer. Our work indicates that the appropriate incorporation of ultrafine CoFe2O4 nanoparticles encapsulated in NCNFs is a versatile and high-efficiency strategy to integrate lightweight and excellent properties of magnetic carbon-based absorbers.

本发明提供具有导磁臂的全长效磁通分布磁流变阻尼器,从磁路走向规律出发,将传统阻尼器有效长度方向上增加一个具体形状由函数公式确定的导磁臂,使得磁通量从原来的回路中分出一部分量,形成绕线架—活塞面—导磁臂—磁流变液—导磁上缸筒的磁路结构,增加磁力线垂直穿过磁流变液的面积,使得阻尼间隙全间隙90%以上成为有效区域,且导磁臂以及原有效长度范围内的磁通量密度近似相等,形成均匀磁感应强度的阻尼间隙,且阻尼力出力值相较于传统轴向运动阻尼器提升1.63倍以上,使得相同体积的阻尼器能够产生更高的出力值,实现阻尼器的小型化。

本发明涉及生物医学领域,具体公开了一种单链核酸载体复合物及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供了一种单链核酸的转染方法,其是以烯壳铁氮磁珠作为负载单链核酸的载体,通过静磁作用将单链核酸转染入细胞。所述烯壳铁氮磁珠具有核壳结构,外壳为多层石墨烯,所述外壳的厚度为2‑8nm,内核为磁性颗粒,所述内核的粒径为10‑70nm。本发明单链核酸的载体复合物无细胞毒性,能够实现单链核酸在细胞中的核转染,并在单链核酸与目标分子结合后,可实现从烯壳铁氮磁珠上的解吸附,可用作单链核酸的转染或单链核酸药物的递送方式。

本发明提供具有全程恒阻尼力的磁流变阻尼器,从磁路走向规律出发,将传统阻尼器活塞主体上增加隔磁片以消除、减小阻尼间隙内的漏磁现象以及阻尼器活塞主体在工作过程中阻尼间隙磁感应强度会随着活塞主体运动位置不同而发生较大变化,造成阻尼间隙磁感应强度为不确定值,使得阻尼器出力值模型计算产生误差,造成控制上的偏差,影响控制精度的问题。在增加隔磁片之后使得整体内的磁感应强度增加并且减小了阻尼器在工作过程中行程不同位置引起的阻尼间隙处磁感应强度不均匀现象、阻尼力以及控制精度大大提升。在此基础上加入导磁臂,使得整个阻尼间隙的有效长度增加,阻尼力出力值以及控制精度进一步提升。

Sr and Zr Co-Doped CaCu3Ti4O12 Ceramics with Improved Dielectric Properties SCIE

Abstract :

The dielectric constant of CCTO materials can be as high as 10(4), which makes it suitable for use in electronic devices but the high dielectric loss limits its application. In this paper, a series of Sr and Zr co-doped CCTO ceramics having the formula Ca0.8Sr0.2Cu3Ti4-xZrxO12 (x = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4) were obtained via a solid-state reaction technique. We force the effect of the Zr content on the phase composition, microstructure, cationic valence states, impedance, and dielectric properties of the as-prepared ceramics to reduce dielectric loss. The results demonstrate that Sr and Zr co-doping increases dielectric constant and reduces dielectric loss simultaneously, and the maximum dielectric constant (1.87 x 10(5), 1 Hz) and minimum dielectric loss (0.43, 10(2) Hz) are obtained when x = 0.3. Mixed Cu+/Cu2+ and Ti3+/Ti4+ valence states are observed to coexist in the co-doped material lattices, which promote dipole polarization, and thereby increase the dielectric constant of the ceramics. The dielectric properties of the materials are analyzed according to the internal barrier layer capacitance model, which elucidates the contributions of the grains and grain boundaries to dielectric performance. The maximum grain boundary resistance (3.7 x 10(5) omega) is obtained for x = 0.3, which contributes toward the minimum dielectric loss (0.43) obtained for this ceramic at a frequency less than 1 kHz. The average grain sizes of the samples decrease with increasing Zr content, which is the primary factor increasing the grain boundary resistance of the co-doped ceramics.

Abstract :

To develop a new material with low emissivity in the range of the 3???5 ??m band, the present work reports a CuNiAg alloy/Ni???Ag-doped Cu4O3 one-dimensional photonic crystal prepared by reactive sputtering and correlates the effect of nickel and silver on the structural and infrared spectral properties. The morphology, structure and infrared spectral properties of the CuNiAg alloy/Ni???Ag-doped Cu4O3 1DPC were studied by FESEM, XRD, and an IR-2 dual-wavelength emissivity instrument. The doping of Ni and Ag impeded phase formation, and the Cu2O and Cu4O3 phases only appeared under the same process conditions. The doped elements caused lattice contraction and decreased the thickness of the 1DPC, which was the most important factor affecting the emissivity. The results of the emissivity measurement showed that the single period film thickness of Cu80Ni15Ag5/Ni???Ag-doped Cu4O3 was close to 280 nm, and the number of periods was 2???4. Therefore, the Cu80Ni15Ag5/Ni???Ag-doped Cu4O3 1DPC had good selective infrared properties with an average emissivity of less than 0.1 in the 3???5 ??m band and larger than 0.94 in the 8???14 ??m band; thus, this 1DPC is IP 14 98 160 66 On: Wed 18 May 2022 06:36:21 expected to be used as an infrared sectral modulation material.

Graphene-Coated Iron Nitride Streptavidin Magnetic Beads: Preparation and Application in SARS-CoV-2 Enrichment SCIE

In this study, we prepared a streptavidin magnetic bead based on graphene-coated iron nitride magnetic beads (G@FeN-MB) and tried to use it for the enrichment of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The outer shell of our magnetic bead was wrapped with multiple graphene sheets, and there is no report on the application of graphene to the magnetic-bead-coating material. First, the graphene shell of G@FeN-MB was oxidized by a modified Hummer method so as to generate the carboxyl groups required for the coupling of streptavidin (SA) on the surface of the magnetic beads. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the oxidized G@FeN-MB (GO@FeN-MB). Streptavidin was then linked to the surface of the GO@FeN-MB by coupling the amino of the streptavidin with the carboxyl on the magnetic beads by carbodiimide method; thus, the streptavidin magnetic beads (SAMBs) were successfully prepared. To prove the practicality of the SAMBs, biotinylated SARS-CoV-2 S1 antibody was linked with it to respectively capture SARS-CoV-2 Spike-protein-coupled polystyrene beads (S-PS) and pseudovirus with S-protein expressed. Microplate reader and fluorescence microscope results show that the SAMBs can effectively enrich viruses. In conclusion, the preparation of SAMBs with G@FeN-MB is feasible and has potential for application in the field of virus enrichment.

Abstract :

Photonic crystals can effectively modulate infrared spectral properties. In this paper, a one-dimensional photonic crystal of multilayer Cu/CuO is proposed to achieve selective infrared radiation within atmospheric windows. A multilayer Cu/CuO with a periodic structure was designed via the transfer matrix method and prepared via reactive sputtering. The results of emissivity measurement showed that the Cu/CuO one-dimensional photonic crystals with 2???4 periods and a certain thickness exhibited good infrared-selective properties, with average emissivities of 0.1 and 0.9 at wavelengths of 3???5 and 8???14 ??m, respectively; thus, the Cu/CuO onedimensional photonic crystals have potential applications as infrared spectral modulation materials.
