在以往课堂教学改革基础上,加强教学设计、优化教学内容、拓展教学方法、改进考核评价,对北京工业大学食品质量与安全专业重点建设课程＂食品分析＂的自主探究式教学进行了有效的探索与实践。力求教学全过程体现探究性,并以点带面促进专业课程群的建设。
