Abstract:
采用非晶晶化法制备SmCo_5纳米晶永磁体,研究热处理过程中有无磁场以及磁场热处理过程中退火温度、保温时间对SmCo_5纳米晶永磁体结构和磁性能的影响。研究发现,通过500℃磁场热处理样品的磁性能明显优于不加磁场热处理样品的磁性能,矫顽力提高了46.24kA/m,剩磁提高了170.18×10~(3 )A/m。当磁场热温度为700℃时,磁体矫顽力达到1334.8kA/m,剩磁达到最大值607.45×10~(3 )A/m。此外,在相同热处理温度下,延长保温时间,也能够提高SmCo_5磁体的结晶度,进而改善磁体的磁性能。
