Abstract:

以CaCO_3、CuO和TiO_2为原料,通过固相反应法在1 000℃的条件下合成了CaCu_3Ti_4O_(12)(CCTO)粉末。通过模压成型、无压烧结技术,在800~1 000℃的烧结温度下、保温6 h,制得CCTO陶瓷。研究了CCTO陶瓷材料的物相组成、微观形貌和密度,并分析了不同的烧结温度对陶瓷材料介电性能的影响规律。结果表明,提高烧结温度,会提高CCTO陶瓷的介电常数和密度,而介电损耗会呈现先增大后减小的规律。
