Abstract:
选用La-Li-Ca三元系烧结助剂,通过模压成型、无压烧结技术,在1 750~1 900℃烧结温度,3~6 h保温时间范围内制得氮化铝(A1N)陶瓷.研究了陶瓷材料的物相组成、微观结构形貌和热导率,并分析了不同烧结保温时间和烧结温度对A1N陶瓷介电性能的影响规律.
