Abstract:
利用半导体激光对AerMet100钢表面进行熔凝处理,研究了激光熔凝对材料结构、耐腐蚀性能以及耐磨损性能的影响.结果表明,通过激光熔凝可在AerMet100钢表面获得冶金质量良好、无裂纹的熔凝层;在750~1650W功率范围内,随着激光功率的增大,熔凝层的厚度增大,熔凝层的硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐磨性均提高;当激光功率为1650 W时,其硬度、耐蚀性以及耐磨性达到最优;经过激光熔凝处理后,AerMet100钢未产生明显的物相改变,熔凝态中奥氏体含量减少,马氏体含量增加.
