Abstract:

新媒体时代背景下,企业危机爆发迅速、传播广泛,因此良好的危机沟通愈加重要.Bilibili、顺丰公司在遭遇危机事件过程中,借助新媒体平台积极主动作出回应,做好危机沟通,不仅成功处理了危机事件,而且借此机会提升了企业形象.为其他企业借助新媒体平台处理危机提供了借鉴.
