Abstract：
韩国软件推进政策在韩国软件业发展发挥了重要作用。而关于软件人才培养政策更具有其特点。论文分析了韩国《软件强国跃进战略》、《软件产业发展方案》等政策在人才培养环境营造、软件实用人才培养及软件在职员工能力培养方面的实施策略。论文指出了韩国软件人才培养政策对国内软件人才培养的借鉴意义。
