通过在近共晶组织Zn4Al3Mg合金中适量添加In,得到了ZnAlMgIn四元高温无铅钎料.研究了In的添加量对ZnAlMg-xIn钎料的熔点、显微组织、电阻率及铺展面积的影响.结果表明:微量In的加入可适当降低钎料的熔点,而随着In含量(>2%)的增加,在合金中出现了互不相容的两相,合金的显微组织趋向于不均匀化.
