Abstract:
针对AOCMT型五轴超精密数控机床,运用齐次坐标变换矩阵建立了机床旋转轴几何误差模型,并提出一种基于球杆仪的误差测量和辨识方法.以机床A轴为例,通过运用机床RTCP功能控制机床一个旋转轴和两个平动轴同步运动,并据此设计不同高度、不同距离的测量,测量模式分为轴向、径向和切向.采集球杆仪杆长变化量并根据误差模型推导出各项误差与杆长变化量的关系表达式,可以将与A轴有关的8项误差同时辨识出来,经过仿真验证,该方法切实可用.
