Abstract:
无磁性、高强度Ni-9.3at%W (Ni9W)合金由于其较低的层错能,难以通过传统的轧制及再结晶退火得到强立方织构.本工作采用熔炼制坯路线,结合均匀化退火和中间再结晶退火的方法得到了晶粒尺寸细小,合金元素W均匀分布的Ni9W坯锭,通过总变形量为99%的轧制,中间引入四次轧制间回复退火得到了厚度为80 μm的Ni9W轧制基带,最后采用两步再结晶退火的方式得到了再结晶立方织构含量为80.2% (<10°)的Ni9W合金基带.
