Abstract:
为了研究气浮过程中微细气泡的粒径分布特性,在多相溶气泵气浮装置中,通过激光衍射技术对影响气泡粒径分布的因素如压力、矿化度、混凝剂、起泡剂和含油量等参数进行了研究.结果表明:改善气泡的产生条件可减小气泡粒径,增加气泡数量,提高气浮效率.气泡粒径随压力升高而逐渐减小;矿化度升高,气泡变小,当矿化度达到一定值后继续增大无明显作用;低于临界胶束浓度的聚合氯化铝(polyaluminum chloride,PAC)可有效抑制气泡间的聚并,使气泡粒径减小,平均粒径可减小36%;起泡剂可稳定气泡,但对气泡粒径大小无显著影响;含油后水的表面张力减小,气泡粒径减小.
