根据合作学习和随岗实践的相关理论,提出了小组合作式随岗实践教学模式,并以宣武电大行政管理专业专科的实践——社会调查为例,论述了该模式的组织和实施,对比了实施效果,提出了该模式存在的优势和劣势.
