Abstract：
大学青年教师是高等教育事业的有生力量,是教育事业发展的未来.青年教师对教师职业尊严的实践体验与职业认可将决定他们的职业稳定和事业成长.本文就职业尊严内涵与构建大学青年教师职业尊严的重要性与有效途径提出了思考与建议.
