Abstract：
加强高校青年教师职业培养,促进青年教师职业成长,已是当前大学师资队伍建设的重要内容。本文在分析影响青年教师职业成长多元因素的基础上,提出了提升青年教师职业心理、价值、信息技能等因素,完善其成长路径、成长环境、成长政策等因素的建设主张。
