Abstract:
基于多体系统运动学理论,针对TTTRR型五轴数控机床几何误差补偿的关键技术进行研究,建立误差模型,并推导出其精密加工方程和逆变数控指令的求解方法.在此基础上基于OpenGL开发了五轴数控机床刀具加工轨迹仿真模块,以便真实展现空间自由曲面加工路径,并加以对比,验证误差补偿效果.
