Abstract:

介绍了一种以工业网络视觉传感器为检测核心,以六轴工业机器人为执行机构的手眼系统在自动装配生产线上的应用设计,采用基于图像的视觉伺服控制方式,可实现工件的在线检测和装配,解决了当前柔性生产线复杂工件的识别问题,在实际应用系统中取得了好的效果.
