Abstract:
采用放电等离子快速热压、热变形的方法制备了名义成分为NdxFe94-xB6(x =8,9,10,11)的各向异性Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁.研究了Nd含量对各向异性Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁织构和磁性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着Nd含量的提高,Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁c轴晶体织构逐渐强化,饱和磁化强度逐渐降低,但是磁体的矫顽力逐渐提高并导致剩磁也随之提高.
