Abstract：
本文在介绍了模块化生产加工系统(MPS)结构和功能的基础上,着重阐述了应用winCC组态软件与WinAC软PLC改造MPS的方法,监控主机(PC)运行软PLC作为主站与MPS各工作单元PLC从站进行通信,构成分布式控制网络;通过组态软件创建动态监控界面,实现对MPS工作过程的实时监控.
