为了探讨空心阴极等离子烧结方法应用于烧结难熔金属粉末制品的可行性及工艺特点,选用纯钨粉末样品进行了空心阴极等离子烧结试验.结果表明:在烧结过程中通过合理控制工艺条件.可以获得高的截面收缩率和致密度的烧结试样.在合适的工艺条件下,所烧结的样品密度达到17.9g/cm3,晶粒度为5级.空心阴极等离子烧结方法适宜于难熔金属纯钨粉末样品的烧结.
