国有商业银行中存在的员工努力程度不足,效率低下问题大大影响了银行业整体效益的提高.影响员工努力程度的因素可以从经济学理论角度以及心理学角度进行分析.文章针对员工努力程度不足的情况,提出了建立员工激励机制的建议.
