在总结以往知识管理绩效评价指标体系的基础上,提出了针对制造业企业的知识管理绩效评价指标体系,通过运用层次分析法,确立制造业企业知识管理绩效评价指标权重.并利用调研数据,通过E-views软件对指标体系的科学性进行检验,最后进行实证分析.
