机车车轮轴过盈配合、驱动销过盈配合均引起较大的接触应力,分析孔边薄弱部位的应力变化情况,并进行强度评定,将有助于指导车轮的设计.简述了轮轴过盈配合三维有限元分析的研究进展,介绍了在设计车轮时针对孔边薄弱部位采用的3种疲劳强度评定方法.
